A1 Healthy Homes is a small business located in Olathe, KS providing high-quality testing and mitigation services at very reasonable prices, while meeting Kansas and U.S. EPA guidelines.
Owner, James Connell, and his family have lived in south Kansas City since 1982. They moved to Olathe, KS in October of 1992, and have very much enjoyed the area since. Both of his children attended grade school through high school in the Olathe School District, and both graduated from Olathe South. Go Falcons!
James received his education and certification through Kansas State University. Go Wildcats! James is a Certified & Licensed Radon Professional with the Kansas Department of Health & Environment (KDHE), and member of the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists - National Radon Proficiency Program (AARST - NRPP).
James has received his training as a CMRS (Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor) with the IAQA (Indoor Air Quality Association).
Rhiannan has worked at A1 Healthy Homes since 2014. She is the office manager and handles all of A1's scheduling, billing, paperwork and more... She graduated from the University of Central Missouri with two bachelor degrees. Go Mules!
Her and her husband are avid dog lovers and spend a lot of time volunteering and fostering for dog rescues. They are huge pit bull advocates and have one of their own.
